A:  The amount of time it takes to collect a debt varies greatly depending on several factors, such as type of account, delinquency date, total balance owed, debtor's financial situation, among other things.  Contact us to speak with a representative about your unique situation, and we will be able to give you a better time frame.

Q:  Does Landmark Collection Services collect on judgments?

A:  Yes!  We have multiple attorneys with decades of experience specializing in civil litigation, as well as consumer and commercial debt collection.  We are more than capable of enforcing judgments.

Q:  What are Landmark Collection Services' hours of operation?

A:  Landmark Collection Services is open from 9am to 7pm, Monday through Friday.

Q:  Why is Landmark Collection Services contacting me?

A:  When a creditor doesn't receive payments for a certain amount of time, they may decide to send your account to a collection agency, like Landmark Collection Services.  Your account has been assigned to us by the original creditor to handle the collection process.
